My Florida Home Appraisal continues to be my go‑to appraisal company, and for good reason. Wojciech Leja is consistently responsive, efficient, and professional. Every interaction is smooth and reliable. His associate Amir completed my most recent appraisal and was punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough. Wojciech is the trusted appraiser I turn to every time I need an accurate, timely report, and he always delivers exceptional service.

I had a great experience with My Florida Home Appraisal. The owner Mr. Wojciech was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable about the real estate market and the appraisal process. He took the time to carefully evaluate the property and provided a fair and well supported valuation that reflected the current conditions of the local real estate market. I truly appreciated his professionalism, attention to detail, and expertise. I would definitely recommend My Florida Home Appraisal to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable appraisal company.

My Florida Home Appraisal did a great job with my property appraisal. They were very thorough throughout the entire process, took plenty of photos, and used strong comparable properties to determine a fair and accurate market value. The process was professional and efficient, and I received the completed appraisal back within a week. I was very pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend them.

Very happy with Wojciech! He was able to come out to do the appraisal in less than a week and I got the actual appraisal from him in less than a week. The appraisal was higher than I thought it would be, and he also explained to me how the solar impacted it. I would highly recommend him

I had a good experience with My Florida Home Appraisal and the owner of the company Wojciech Leja. He came out to do the appraisal within two days of us contacting him and provided the written appraisal five days after. The appraisal was well done and had a good set of comparable properties. Wojciech answered all of our follow-up questions quickly and completely.

Mr. Wojciech Leja was kind enough to answer my urgent call for an appraisal of my house for a specific personal issue. Mr. Leja arrived promptly and also submitted the appraisal in a professional and timely manner, in order that I could submit it to my expert. Thank you so much Mr. Leja!!! I highly recommend Mr. Leja for those who need an appraisal that will not be rebuked in court.

Reached out to have FEMA 50% appraisal to reassess the calculated value and improve the available margin for repairs, fast and easy with no complaints. Would use again in future.
